Christine McGuire, Principal of McGuire Consulting,
is an experienced and networked health care executive
with proven expertise in business planning, executive
recruitment, problem-solving, gaining buy-in from stake-
holders large and small, and driving initiatives forward to completion. One of her key strengths is working with diverse teams—physicians, clinicians, managers, and executives—using her insider knowledge to help them work together to achieve success. By careful relationship-management and attention to political environments, she garners support, identifies creative solutions, and keeps everyone focused on the project objectives, budget, and time line.

For twenty years, McGuire held senior positions within leading hospitals, spanning business and service line development, strategic planning, contracting, physician relations, public affairs, and marketing/ communications. In these positions, she provided strategic direction, working with CEOs, executive teams, and physicians throughout two decades of change in the healthcare delivery system, helping them carve-out new opportunities and stay competitive. In addition, for six years, McGuire held senior positions in two national, retained executive search firms focused exclusively in health care. Her extensive search experience includes identifying CEOs, COOs, CFOs, CNOs, and other senior executives and physician leaders for hospitals, health systems, health plans, physician groups and other healthcare organizations.

Christine participates in a number of professional associations and is actively involved with non-profit organizations securing life-saving treatment for children around the world.
